I'd rather my own son see me die on my feet as a free man, than watch him go, broken, into slavery.

So I swapped out my MSH which changes the fundamental feel of my gun. I had an exceptional paycheck too, so I snagged a 100 round box of WWB at the local Academy. Tomorrow after work, getting a little range therapy.

I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillement of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause, and lies exhausted on the field of battle... Victorious.
Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

Is it just me, or has there been an influx of moonshine threads lately?

Went to renew my premium membership and it went up from 15.00 to 19.95. That is a very large percentage. None of the reminder messages had that detail in it. When did the price take the jump. Just for the record, we aren't in a booming economy. That's a 33% increase.

I agree. I once had a 'friend' who had no children and she told me she loves her dogs as much as I love my children. That ended that friendship. What an ignorant thing to say to me.

I don't have kids, but I can say I cannot imagine what it would be like to be one of those parents.
Growing up I was (I am still) very close to my younger brother. There is a 7 year age difference. When I heard this story, it made me think what it would be like to get called to the office in Jr. High and hear that this happened to my little brother. I just hung my head for a good time and prayed for these families, after I though that.

Think I am going to make targets of Adam Lanza and make a million dollars selling them .
Oh well , gotta take a pontoon back to the lake then back home to to work on the fort with the kids and maybe decorate it with some Christmas lights .
Wish I had a place to set up a turkey shoot , some decent money in it but alot of time too .
We had one a few years back , some of the best times I ever had .
One of the guys hit the air cylinder on the tire machine this morning putting a big dent in it keeping it from running the full cycle . Found some brake lathe adapters to fit snug in the bore and slapped it in the press , lil heat and a steady hand got it back right , cleaned it up , honed it out , lil grease and its like new .
Dang Im good
