No knitting. Make chainmail instead. Much cooler.

While researching cdiff, several websites said you need to have come in contact with it AND recently had antibiotics. That's what my moms doc told her, too. Beyond that, I'm not sure and don't claim to be an expert on it. That's just my understanding of it.

I do know the county interviewed her, asking ten thousand questions about where she had travelled, etc. Not that I blame them, they are trying to track it to keep an outbreak from happening. They didn't admit it, but my mom is pretty sure she got it from a bed and breakfast in Illinois. What is it with your state, winds?

Y'all know those Daniel Defense rifles so many of you like? Yeah, I just found out that a friend of mine from the Marine Corps has been helping them design their rifles for a couple of years now. He doesn't exactly advertise it, and actually keeps a really low profile. I didn't find out until he posted a picture of his cubicle. He has designed several of their rail systems, has had input on a monolithic upper receiver of theirs, and his design of a .45 ACP suppressor has been pretty successful. Amazing, considering he designed the suppressor on a Nintendo Game Boy 3DS.

His cubicle area.

I want you friends job.

The good thing is, I may be able to get a job like that some day. I plan on getting a degree in both Aerospace, and mechanical engineering, so If Bell/lockheed/Boeing doesn't work out, I'll have a mechanical engineering degree to fall back on.

Yeah, apparently after they design something, they have it built in their own little shop, then they run out to the range to test it.

I'm a jealous bastard.

I wonder how much it would cost to design you own gun, and have everything but the reciever built for you. You have to do the reciever yourself, but I don't know how much. I see 80% lowers all the time, so maybe you could legally have most of the work done for you, and then just finish it yourself.
