Yeah that's what I thought. DAC has always seemed like the little kid that wanted to play with Willie & Waylon, & Cash. I like his music though, the racist carp threw a dark cloud over everything he's made.

Sure has changed my view of him. I like the songs I like, but then again I don't listen to much music. More often its talk radio, or I'm talking on the radio when I am in the truck. Then again around here they don't play any (so-called) country music that goes back more than 10 years.

That sounds better than ours. It's like Taylor Swift, Zac Brown, and that one weird one that raps with a southern accent.
I mostly listen to DAC, Hank Williams Sr., Johnny Cash, Hank jr., and Skynyrd. I usually just play my iPod loudly, no stations play that around here.

The rapper I think is colt ford. I like him too. We have the others as well.....but since I'm south of The Line they play better stuff here. I'm also in Redneck Central-Missouri and not in Commie central-Cali........sorry guys

There is only one country station on either side of the hill here (there is the Valley side and the Santa Cruz side) and both play that pop stuff with a bit of country. If I never, ever, ever hear that Taylor Swift song again I would be just fine. That isn't even close to being country! I do enjoy Zac Brown Band though, but I also like Jimmy Buffett too and they have similarities. Nobody plays "classic country" these days at all.
If its Colt Ford I like the non-rap parts of that dirt road song, but freaking puke when he does that rap crap.
