Right?

I'm lucky. We just lost another man yesterday to some BS, so I'll be knocking down 36 hours of OT every paycheck... But that also means I'll be actually working 7 days a week for the foreseeable future.

Hey winds, wanna learn a little about water collection and distribution? We're 2 people short, and we already run just the bare minimum. The Pay sucks, but housing is cheap and the benefits are good.

When you consider my health insurance under a similar plan would be almost or a little more than 100 bucks a paycheck, yet I get it with no premium... It adds up nicely. And city retirement plan is cheaper than social security. That's right, I no longer have to Pay social security...
I'd be interested, but it would mess with my school.

Be cool, stay in school!
It's easy to beat 9 bucks an hour, especially with a degree.

lol, I didn't say I'd quit school. If it was near my school, I would be all over that. Plus, 9 an hour is better than what I make now.
My schools in Arlington, so I'm going to try to get a job with Bell Helicopter. My Grandfather retired from working there, so I think it would be cool to work there for awhile. Plus, he said they pay EVERYONE well.

Ill take 9 an hour......it'd be a MAJOR pay cut but it'd damn sure beat being paid once a month

Well, I'm having second thoughts about my degree now. I origionally wanted to get a degree in civil engineering, but I think I may concider changing that to aerospace engineering, and mechanical engineering. It would not be a big deal to change because all my classes will transfer regardless of this choice.
The reason I think I may want to do this is that I very rarely see jobs for civil engineers, but I have seen several jobs for aerospace engineers, and mechanical engineers (especially if you have both degrees). Another reason is that planes, helicopters, jets, ect interest me, so I think I'd enjoy a job working with/designing them.
Any suggestions?
