My boss tries to keep everyone's nose out of our business. He told the director of public works that if they put cameras out here (they've been wanting to for ten years) that we would just rip them down and throw them away.

Years ago when I was in high school and working at a gas station the owner put in a video surveillance system. My buddy and I took great pains to figure out exactly where the cameras were pointed and then took even greater pains to stay completely out of their view at all times, except for when we were out on the islands helping customers (we still had full service back then) where it was impossible to keep out of view. Sometimes we would go out of view in one spot, climb up the shelving and get across the shop bays on the top shelves (out of view of the cameras) and then reappear on the other side of the shop from a spot that was completely covered except for a small area where we would climb down. 
Drove the owner absolutely batty.

We have cameras on our lot but none inside.

they also make great targets when shooting. put an 8 1/2x 11in piece of paper behind it. every shot you make through the donut you take a bite, until the donut is gone, and you're a crack shot
