It was worth it to me. Helps if you can replace the habit w/ something.

It's worth it so far. I've replaced the habit with... Breathing.
I'm only being partly sarcastic. Two weeks tomorrow, but I can already breath much easier. I'm really enjoying it. The cravings are not gone, not even close. And I'm not really as cranky as I play it off (but I did think about sending the squirt to my sister's house for the first the days).
My energy level has sky rocketed. I'm enjoying being able to keep up with my son.
