I would bet my bottom dollar your sister is having ocular migraines.

http://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/guide/ocular-migraine-basics

My daughter gets these. The first time she was terrified she was going blind but after a trip to the doctor and describing the event and some testing, it was decided she has ocular migraines and loses sight in one eye or the other for anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple hours.

Chickens are like all other animals (including, occasionally, humans I have heard) in that multiple males can and do fertilize multiple eggs in the female. It is conceivable (no pun intended) that two sperm could fertilize one egg simultaneously. Who knows? That could explain some wierd things.

If you actually said that out loud, you should be thankful for her limited mobility at the moment.

I love the tractors..........

I once helped friends ready their farm equipment for an auction. I volunteered to wash and wax the tractors. It was awesome fun.
