You make it up here, we can change that with halibut. Connie thought she didn't like fish until she tried halibut. I grill it, fry it in pancake batter, panko, it's all good.

Fish? Did someone say fish?

I can eat a whole can of sardines in a half a minute.

I thought talapia was a $hit eating fish ? From what I gathered off the discovery channel anyway .

Man that boat lift whipped my ass . Running the new cables aint the problem , its getting it all even from side to side and front to back , i should have googled it before i jumped on it , my eyes are still burning from all the sweat and Im pretty sure the lake level rose from all of the fluids I leaked out today .

Side note : We live out in the stick but we dont duel banjos , we duel guns
it starts by random gun fire off in the distance and once the weapon has been narrowed down to pistol , rifle , shotgun ...... You are to respond by a slightly larger gun .
If your dueling over sound then you up the caliber
If your dueling over fire rate then you 1st respond with two or three rapid shots but it must be of equal calibers and loudness or greater , if their response is 2-3 more than you fired , then its on and its stops when the ammo runs out .

From time to time a 3rd gun will join and who ever pumps off the most or the loudest will win . Setting off a few pounds of tannerite will also count .
Be aware , tannerite duels never end well due to the high percentage rate of the law getting involved .

The one I was just in was settled by the 7mm rem mag fired in 4 rapid yet expensive shots but it was still cheaper than the AK .
I love living out here , nothing like a late hot afternoon spent on the porch calling out guns and complementing explosions

I think it's a bottom feeder, but so is catfish. That doesn't mean they don't taste good.

Here's what I came up with. Grilled Tilapia with cajun seasoning, basil, and blackened seasoning and some black eyed peas with jalapenos. It's pretty good.
