Wow. I'm sorry that happened. That's why I always use a two step stool when reaching for things I can't easily reach. I have this model. It looks worse this morning, my leg is really bruised and swollen, the jewels feel alright though. I'll be limping for a couple of days, but ill live :-)
The worse part is that my wife and son were right there and saw the whole thing, i was kinda embarassed
