We can work something out. I happen to be a pretty good cook. Just don't happen to have a very large repertoire.

Since we are on the topic of food- dinner this evening-

Package of refrigerated chicken breast meat (cooked)

Sauté onions and sweet peppers (diced) add chicken. Soy sauce, and a bit of chili powder. When cooked, add a drained can of kidney beans, drained can of Niblets sweet corn. Cook 10 minutes, medium heat.

Serve over cheddar/broccoli rice, top with shredded cheese. low fat, low cholesterol, high protein, high fiber and tastes DAMNED good!
