well that's because you're looking at it all wrong
first, you need to get down on the floor flat on your back, next take your left foot put it behind your right ear, hold it there with your right hand, then take your left hand and grab you left butt cheek, next ...

Had front row tickets to a brawl in the shop this afternoon ...... And all while on the phone with the nice lady at the sheriffs dept about getting my report from earlier this week .
I sat back and let it go on but that bit me in the ass when 10 gallons of used oil got dumped on my side of the shop and full trash cans started getting thrown .
It went down between my shop mate and my employee ....well former employee.
I calmly got up and told everyone that im going to town , and when I come back I want all this $hit cleaned up .
My guy tells me that he refuses to clean anything that he did not start it .
Ok here is your pay minus some damage , GO HOME !

Painkillers can make some people beligerant when misused, especially in the heat. Your employee was probably just sweating out some of what you lost the other day & took offense too easily. At least you are short a suspected thief now.
