I don't have the patience to do that. Plus it wouldn't do me any good anyways. All my teeth will have rotted out buy the time I'm 30. I have what the call polidentitis(sp?)

When I was a kid, we were running relays, and I ended up getting pushed into a cinder block wall at full speed. I chipped a few teeth, and had to have a root canal done. I also took a bigger chunk out of the wall than it did me.

I was lucky. When my adult tooth got chipped, the nerve was not exposed.

I was going to save the tooth as a joke because Donovan McNabb was my science partner. I floss and brush twice a day and use Arm & Hammer tooth paste which hubby thinks is gross. I also rinse my mouth with peroxide everyday which he finds to be repulsive......I love it because the fizzy bubbles make my teeth feel clean.
My great grand father brushed with A&H....the baking soda, not the TP. When he died in his 90's he still had ALL of his own teeth!!!!

I didn't make my teeth a priority until I started having problems around 6 years ago. Now, I've spent more on them getting them back into shape than I did my last car.

But they're fixed now.

My Uncle used that too. I've never tried it but probably wouldn't mind it. I can't stand regular toothpaste.

Because as you eat the plaque on your teeth goes with the food and since it gets digested, it can lead to clogged arteries the same way fatty foods do.
