I think he's aiming for an "excuse" to escape his family.

Just got my new job paperwork and urinalysis done, supposed to start tomorrow at 0600, then I got another offer closer to home and with bennies working for the city of Monroe. I would be supervising a never ending river of ****. Not kidding. Waste water treatment plant. Less pay, but MUCH less travel, plus retirement, insurance, yada yada yada...

I know it man, people see and hear of the crap I go through, and they think I must be on drugs when I tell them I'm the luckiest man alive.

What they don't realize is that I always have what I need, and should have already been dead on at least five different occasions, easily. Yet I'm still here, still kicking and screaming, and I still manage to get what I need.

Plus, the ****ty job has paid vacation. Will make a trip to Utah just that much easier to manage...
