Trip,

A great way to purchase a house, if you want to take advantage of this market and don't have credit, is a lease option. You rent the house for a period of 3-10 years, and every month you pay rent, a percentage goes towards the down payment, typically 20-50%. The owner is basically helping you to buy it later when you have a large down payment already invested and a long history of on-time payments: both are things mortgage companies look for! :-)

Are you serious? They were sitting outside there naked eating their hamburgers? Why don't I ever see anything like this. I would have died laughing. Why don't they get arrested for indecent exposures? Public nudity? I find this so weird. I need more info.

Back in college I had a Tempe bike cop follow me as I left the bar, crossed a 4 lane road, through a shopping center parking lot, across a set of railroad track and into the woods ... so I could take a piss (the bar was grossly over it's capacity of 218 patrons)

When he informed me that I was being issued a citation for urinating in public I burst out laughingly questioning if he was serious. He replied that he could arrest me for indecent exposure

Seriously ..... how desperate was this officer to make his quota?

It never fails. No matter how much distance between locks, I always wake up to one. Blah.

I've been arrested for indecent exposure for swimming in the river. When I say swimming, I probably wasn't wearing any clothes....

Hard to do that when they are half way across the country from each other.

Jump the lock KY ! ....... unless your going up .. in that case youd just ram it then they would have to call worlds toughest fixes to fix it again

You pushin barges ? or just cruisin ?

I passed another car in the intersection while running the yellow light , speeding , no signal and on the phone , i flicked the cig out the window and got pulled for it , almost a 400.00 ticket . I started laughing and asked him if he was serious , all of that and you pop me for a cig out the winder ? 10-4 ..... taught me a lesson
