If you change it ever 3000 miles or so I'd say you just throwing away your money.we use it at the mines but we send regular samples off and do not change it until the sample comes back bad. This also tells us by the contaminants what might be failing.

Depends on the type of filter you use, how often you change your oil and how you drive but it is generally recommended that you change the filter every 3000 miles.

Wix filters ...... ugly but its whats inside that counts . Out of the tool i have , i have yet to buy a oil filter cutter opener thing , got a 500.00 strap-on borescope but no 40 dollar cutter .

Just busted bugs bunny here at the shop , he wont be setting off the alarm no mo '

I'm really jealous right now. Although, I ordered a 938, black with rosewood grips, they discontinued the Lady version.
