Dont get me started on auto zone or advanced . I jokingly asked the for plugs and wires for a ford 7.3 and they seriously asked me what year and model

I worked at oreilly a while back, guy asked me for plugs for a 06 f150 with a 6.0 power stroke.......

Yeah, I had a kid at Checker trying to sell me head gaskets when I asked for header gaskets. Half the time I was the only girl and the only one who knew what was going on...
I had people ask for all kinds of stupid things...

Guy had me order head gaskets for a 305 v6 Chevy. Blew my mind, never knew it existed.

When I worked for Auto Zone I noticed they always tried to have one ASE ceritified person on every shift and since they only have four or five ASE certified people, if you were ASE certified you generally ended up being the only person who had any idea what they were talking about, in the entire store. Just look for the person with the little round blue pin or tag on their name tag and talk to that person.

Yes, for the foreseeable future. My unit leaves me alone and I do my own thing for now. Good to be a trusted NCO. Lots of medical appointments for a few issues. Some surgeries. No biggie.
