My friend speaks Russian(and I'm learning) and she suspects it was a superior because the speaker referred to regulations a civilian wouldn't know about.

My son works for a large insurance company. He often says, "Talking to irate customers who don't have a clue about what is and is not insured should be a form of torture." Hahaha.........

He deals with it very well. He doesn't take any of their insults personally and sometimes he even tells the caller to call back when he/she can talk without swearing and insulting. My oldest son has a lot of good sense and logic..............usually much more than his Mom.

How about dealing with customers who want options on vehicles that aren't even available options. Then they get pissed.

Thanks. Not going to happen, but I appreciate the thought.

How about a "beats by Dre" stereo?
When the hover mobiles and 60 mpg trucks hit the market, I'll be sure to let y'all know. Until then, I can get you some awesome stereos (with the purchase of a car, of course), and how about a ram 1500 Hemi 4 door getting 25 mpg?
