Gonna be another one of them weeks . Think im gonna shoot to the house and pike up the hog , see if vibrate them stitches out .
Det cord sounds like a winner for the toyota 22r / 22re . Best to take them out and build them like you want w/o efi and put the weber or holley 2bbl on them with a bit of cam and header .
That tube on the back of the head is a coolant tube if i remember right , they make a block off kit for it or the like , they had issues with leaking .
Last one i built i got soo mad at it i ripped the hood , oil cap and air filter off on a brand new motor and let it sit in the rain for a year and laughed about it , Then i pulled it a dropped in a 350 with a sm465 and np 205 t-case and rocked and rolled

Long gone and sold . I also put a nissan cab on it  had to make it worthy on its new power plant .
Its as hot as two rats screwin in a wool sock under the wood stove

I had a 85 runner with the same setup but with a 208 tcase. Had to sell it before completion for money. That was sad day. I'm in 68 degree ac.....
