What she doesn't seem to get is the emotional distress she's putting him through.

Exactly this. I feel so sorry for your son. How do you know he is being taken care of properly? The woman doesn't even seem to be able to take care of herself. I would be worried beyond belief. Contact your lawyer first thing in the morning and see if there isn't something you can do to get your son back right away.

Not possible, at least for her to make that claim. My lawyer was the first person I called when I got off the phone with her, the hearing is next Monday.

Good luck and I wish a fair judge to be on the bench that day. Your son deserves some stability during this time.........and I don't think it's with her.
