Why is it called a driveway but we park in it while what we drive on is called a parkway?

Why is a turd tapered on one end?

-So ur azz don't slam shut and hurt you!

Ever wonder why manholes and thier covers are round?

Because a circle is the only shape that won't pass through itself no matter how you turn it.

Seen this awesome rifle the other day (A M1917 with bayonet), now Im facing a dilemma... Should I...?
Get the M1917?
Or..
Keep looking for my "elusive" M1 Garand, and in the mean-time, get the few things I need to reload for my Mosin PU?

Decisions, Decisions.....

And what would be a better powder to sight in my Mosin PU with; RL-15 or IMR-4895? What would better replicate the Russian rounds more?

Trip to the store because you don't have any Grenadine and want some?

Or trip to the store because I don't have any Vodka and need some?

The latter, not the former.

Get the M1817. That should use up most of the funds you have set aside for the IH Garand, which should ensure it becoming available when you don't have the cash for it.

Over/under and side by side shotguns. Do they each have a specific purpose or is it personal preference which shotgun you hunt with?

Usually the two barrels have a different choke in each one. The first one is unchoked and the second is choked, so when you drop a bird with the first shot, they rest are flying away and the modified choke gets the shot pattern out there farther and tighter. the presumption is that you do not need to take as much time on the first shot since your pattern is spread out wider I guess.
