In Delaware, crop damage from deer is a big problem and is getting worse every year. I think afternoon deer hunting on Sundays would help during regular season, posibly a doe only every Sunday afternoon open season from Sept till Jan. Anyone agree or disagree?

Utah has pretty strict liquor laws, you can only buy liquor in a state liquor store and they're closed on Sundays, and they don't sell beer on Sundays...

My Grandfather shot a deer in his garden one night, he told me it died from lead poisoning, as he was sitting at the table cleaning his rifle... I think here you can get a nuisance permit, anything like that where you live?

I demand you track it down. Wait, no, I respectfully request you track it down (I recall something about flies and honey somewhere from my childhood), for the good of everyone here. You know we keep a goat in the bunker, right? Don't ask me, it was C3's idea...

My thought was adding Sunday Afternoon to the hunting scedule. The crop damage permits are given to farmers with documented crop damage that are used by hunters on the specified land as an additional doe tag.

Hey- it was my idea to HIDE the goat in the bunker! And the authorities are still looking for whoever left the cheerleader passed out in the bathtub of green dye- Trip.

Ref: Deer and crop damage- here in VA you can only get a Nuisance permit if you are a commercial farmer. We are flat overrun with Bambi's. I boobytrapped the garden with monofilament trip wires and noisemakers. Have counted 12 at a time grazing in the back field.

BTW, if you want to ATTRACT deer, plant black eyed peas (cowpeas) Deer will stand on your CHEST to eat blackeyed peas!
