Why the hell is whole milk more expensive than low-fat? Isn't it cheaper to squirt the damned milk out of the cow and bottle it whole rather than to have to process the fat out of it? WTF?

Have you ever had milk from the udder of a cow?

Is that too many questions?

I have had milk fresh out of the cow and cooled in a big mixing vat. It is incredibly good. I currently drink goat milk filtered but unprocessed, right out of the goat. Very good and easier to digest than cow milk.

Because they can make other products from what they extract from the whole milk

I cook with 2 percent, but use skim milk in my cereal or for drinking. Whole milk is too thick now that I'm used to skim. I'm a texture driven eater and drinker.

There's an initiation rite on pipelines. It's known as greasing. You hold the new guy down, run a grease gun hose down the back of his drawers, and start pumping. Not fun, has started MANY fist fights, has gotten people stabbed even, but it's still a rite of passage. I've been greased, and broke a man's nose in the process. I've also greased others, and had the hell beat out of me in return.

Just be glad you got a new job man, and congratulations!

My .357 was in my waist band Mexican style when it was done to me.
