Perhaps some sort of syrup-based implement? Maybe some fishing line with a dot of syrup at the end? Alternatively, you could drill a hole under the bug, remove the bug with a vacuum, and fill the hole with a small, translucent plastic bead.

Yeah, you could do that... Or you could get a small screw driver and pry the light cover off like a normal person

get a hammer and break the lens. get the bug out. go to parts store and buy new lens. install new lens. see, problem is fixed!
