Did anyone notify Mayor Bloomberg of that little fact? I have a monetary incentive to purchase two liters rather than just 20 ounces.

How long does bacon grease last? I fried bacon, then filtered the grease and put it in a jar with a tight fitting lid. I'll use it for my cast iron.

We collect the bacon grease to use for making tamales. Never had it go bad. You can freeze it.
