Your idea of time travel is backwards -- the faster moving thing won't go ahead in time only "age" faster relative to the slower.
True, you cannot travel at, or faster than light, BUT you can travel at 99.9999% of the speed of light.
Actually, it's Einstein's idea of time travel.
You have your facts mixed up. You don't age faster at near light speeds, you age slower.
Basically, what his theory says is that if you are moving at close to light speeds, time will slow down for you. You will age slower. A couple years of traveling at 99% light speed could be several decades for everyone else.
