Egg-in-the-hole-in-the-bread is a great way to make it easier to flip the eggs in the pan. But the yolk usually comes out too hard for me.

Yup. I haven't had one for awhile, but they are good! The key is to have a big piece of bread IMO. I like the sliced sourdough myself. If you get a really big piece of bread you can cook two eggs in it.

Umm, the simple fix for that is to cook it less.

I like my eggs over easy, and that"s how I cook them "in the hole". Takes a bit of practice and sometimes its better to fry the bread 'till its toasted before cracking the egg.

You're gonna need another carton of eggs. Might want to get a loaf of bread while you are at the store.

Has anyone mentioned they are addicting?
