Seltzer- carbonated water.
Club soda- carbonated water, pinch of a couple of potassium salts and Epsom salts (flavor)
Tonic water- carbonated water, sugar or fructose, salts, quinine (bitter taste)

Different mixers for drinks (Club soda replaces potassium- leg cramps) Tonic was the classical British drink- gin & tonic. Keeps malaria at bay.

To add some fizz to fruit juice, try the seltzer. Will dilute it, tho.

Thank you. Sometimes it's like pulling teeth around here.

No, they use something else entirely for pulling teeth!

My Limey friends continue this tradition. Schweppes and other brands have quinine in it.

I saw that it had quinine in it. So, what should that mean to me?
