Tip the delivery guy and the waitress. Why would anyone think that you want to get on the bad side of someone handling your food?

I'm not gonna say what Resturant a friend of mine works at, but I know his done some weird stuff to food that was going out to buttheads that were rude as could be. So I always try and be nice to anyone handling food I'm going to be ratting.

Random question. I've heard, over the years, people talk about the "John Holmes" technique in shooting. It is basically tucking the gun between your legs to free your hands to do stuff. Is the name really a reference to who I think it is?
