Zg is right with the wallet in back pocket. I haven't sat with it in my back pocket for several years. Big difference.

Haha, I'd actually recommend you take at least one class if you're going to do it. If not I would recommend the book, "Total Yoga" by Nita Patel, you CAN hurt yourself more if you do it wrong. If you do take a class, it will probably kick your butt an hour of yoga is actually quite a workout.

Yeah, I'll read the book and watch some videos. I prefer not to make a fool of myself in front of people.

I don't know how to stop cramps. I have bouts of leg cramps at night. I'll be cramp free for several months then for three or four weeks I'll have leg cramps at night. They hurt and I usually have to get out of bed and walk it off. Then that muscle is sore all the next day. When I have been having bouts of cramping I've tried drinking more water, eating bananas and oranges for potassium, I've tried magnesium, calcium. Nothing seems to work. I agree cramps are very painful. Sometimes my inner thigh muscles cramp and when I get out of bed to walk it off I can't even stand up straight. It is very painful, I agree.

Here is another question for you.

On a center fire rifle with a tube feed say such as the Winchester model 94. Is it possible by trying to force a round into an already full tube, or dropping a fully loaded rifle on the butt end to set off all the rounds. Can this happen or has it ever happened.

I'm pretty sure that the manufactuer mandates round soft tip bullets for these guns. I guess anything is possible. Someone more knowledgable will have a better answer and be more certain.

Thats why most 30-30 rounds have flat points.... Pointed bullets are never used in a tube fed mag (Unless its something like a Label.. The brass deals with that problem)
