Usually when I'm outside working around the homestead I'm guzzling water and lemonade or gatorade, but today was cool and I wasn't sweating it out, just exerting myself moving rocks and digging holes. I am prone to cramps, always have been, and potassium helps prevent them usually, but I didn't take any early enough, nor did I eat a banana or two (high potassium source) as usual, so I ended up with a cramp. At that point, prevention is a moot point, I just want the pain to STOP!

Getting older? That seems to be causing all sorts of things for me.

Yoga, I flipped a 250 lb dirt bike on top of myself when I was 16, that's start the chiropractor recommended. I've been doing it since, my back only hurts every so often but it's from something different.

I've found that bosses, wives, and bills cause this condition.

What pocket do you have your wallet in? My friend's hubby is a chiropractor and says men should never carry a wallet in their back pockets because it can cause alignment issues. I would also be careful about ignoring the pain because your kidneys are in that region as well.

I may look like an idiot doing it, but what the heck. I'll give it a try.

Boss is cool, no wife/GF currently, and only have one bill that's easy to keep up with. Yep, I'm lucky.

I keep it in my front right pocket. I never put anything in my back pockets. I DO need to drink more water, so I'll add that to the yoga.

Thanks everyone.

That will NEVER happen I will wait until I'm alone in the house before I even consider doing yoga.
