The top ends are drawn off the spaces in between the 4 where as the bottom ends are the beginning ones drawn

Here's a question, what do you guys use to take hard water spots off chrome abs paint, I've tried truck wash soap in a pressure washer, vinegar and Windex... Nothing has worked, it's been getting sprayed by the sprinklers for at least a month...
