I never thought of it that way, but kind of.
A 2 stage trigger only performs one function, releasing a hammer or striker. Normally a 2 stage trigger has a light, long "take up" portion of travel followed by a short, crisp, release portion. This kind of trigger allows one to press the first stage and pause, then press the second stage carefully and deliberately to fire.
It is sort of a "set trigger" except it is one trigger and only works in one direction. Explaining "set trigger" would be another couple of paragraph post that I will not get into now.
Your GP-100 has a Double Action trigger. It performs two functions. Cocking the hammer and releasing the hammer.

They got wind that a few states require the traffic to move to the left lane if able to allow cars on the ramp to come on the highway. Now everyone thinks its the law everywhere. No one pays any attention to the YIELD signs all over the ramp anymore.
I refuse to move for anyone coming onto the highway. I make a ton of people **** their pants and slam on their brakes. Its hilarious.
