I also have low patience, especially for stupid people.

Avid fisherman, gun enthusiast, and low patience...I find myself wondering if you have ever just lost it and shot the fish?

Have had heart, with garlic and onions.
Liver, no thanks, from any animal.

Last night, fresh venison brats!!!
50% Venison
50% Pork shoulder
Medium grind.
1 pound of brat seasoning for 35 pound total of meat.
Stuff in natural hog casings, so they are ~1/3 pound each.
Simmer in beer and brown over an open fire.

Yummy!!!

I course grind the meat together alternating a chuck of venison with a
chunck of pork. Sprinkle seasonings on the meat as it comes out of the
grinder. Then use the grinder to stuff the casings again with the course
blade in the machine, comes out a well mixed medium grind. Great flavor!!

Shoobee isn't hard to find. When he's here, you know it. There not really a way to not know it.
