I believe I inherited from my grandmother a slight allergy to hops. I can drink two beers after my afternoon shift and feel fine, three and I have a headache most of the day. I can drink larger amounts of alcohol via whisky, rum, or wine and feel fine the next day.

Carbonation accelerates the rate in which alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream. Not sure, but I read that somewhere.

I have been deported from Canada for one of two reasons given to me at the time.

1) Suspicion of illegal immigration (they were under the impression that I was trying to move there as I had 2 suit cases with me and one contained my work tools.

2) Suspicion of Intent to Commit Nefarious Acts. This one is my favorite. They found a receipt for the first bolt action rifle I was having built in some of my forms. Their assumption, who knows. In my mind, is that I was there to perform contract killing(s).

So after 20 something hours on flights starting in Korea, thru Japan, thru San Fran, I was deported from Canada and sent back to San Fran. That was a long assed day.

Interesting....well I'll keep that in mind when I visit my niece at Ball State in a couple of weeks and we're drinking dollar pitchers.
