I agree. Red Bell peppers are deliciously sweet. I like them, too. But I cut them and take the seeds out.

I once read James Michener's novel Hawaii - all 1,000 + pages of it - in a day and a half. My senior year of H.S., I averaged reading over a book a day, mostly sci-fi/fantasy and westerns.
