What I wanna know is how is being at a bar the same as being at work? Hmmm?

You're forced to be around a bunch of people you don't know, or don't like and deal with their crap?

Random fact about myself:

For some reason, the smell of burning steel, such as from welding or cutting, makes me freaking hungry as hell. I mean, my stomach turns into a growling, snarling, insatiable beast that MUST be fed large amounts of meat to be satisfied. It becomes painful, causing me to double over and gasp for breath if the smell gets too intense.

The last time I went through that ordeal, it took 3 sixteen ounce bloody ribeyes to make it feel satisfied.

If that was me I'd be a sumo wrestler by now.

I take it welding is not on your list of stuff to learn then. The smell of pot has the same effect on me. (no, I have not ever smoked any, I used to ride behind someone on the bus who reeked of it)

I'm actually pretty decent at it. I'll never be great I fear, mostly because of this strange disability.

And that's why I've never pursued any work in that trade. Not because I fear for my waistline specifically, but because I fear for my pocketbook. Even cheap burger meat adds up. And bread and pastas just don't satisfy the monster the way blood and muscle do.

Another random fact: I find it on the disrespectful side when people make a "fad" out of those who commit suicide by making Facebook pages for them even though they'll be forgotten by everyone except the family with in a month to month and a half.

Haha, studied it in college for a few semesters. It's easy with the instructors we had, the hard part is remembering it 20 years later.
