I know a little something about this, having seen it myself more than once (actually, it was exactly twice). I was going to post a picture of one from google, but decided I didn't want to.
Think "almost out". Or use google images.
The "HOW" exactly, was probably from all the blunt force trauma in that accident I would guess.

I know two signs. Both involve a raised digit, one being a thumb, the other a finger. How hard is sign language to learn?

One of my all time favorite subjects is physics
My eye sight is not good enough to fly an aircraft, or drive a tank (according the the military)
I'm into OLD country music (40s-70s mainly)
I prefer antique/rustic furniture over anything modern
My favorite drink is A&W Root Beer
I do not live on a farm, but I know how to rope.

I thoroughly enjoyed physics as well. The critical thinking aspect of it was pretty cool.

I'm currently completely out of my comfort zone. I'm 600 miles from home, stuck in a house full of people I dont know. I have my 1911 and 78 rounds of ammo.
On a good note the bar is well stocked and I'm
Happily drunk, and getting along well. It's like being at work minus the work.

I did 500 miles on a bicycle last summer. This summer I was lazy. Rode only 50 miles total. And put back on the 20 lbs I had lost.
