Damn, I would much rather stay home and cook then work. Send the wife back to work and just make meals. The rest of the housework mostly sucks though. Maybe I will just stay at work and dabble in the cooking.

It depends on how often. Being sad once in awhile is being human. Repressing emotions is a downward spiral too.

Could be you're having nervous breakdowns. Ive had at least 3 or 10 over my lifetime. Some people confuse them with panic attacks but they're different. Panic attacks can come from a chemical imbalance and/or trauma but nervous breakdowns are usually just the result of too much stress and not enough outlet. A good prescription is usually an inanimate object to beat the hell out of every now and again. Blow it off.

Also, talking about it helps...so, good job there
