ah, still nothing. it's a very large rental contract and long term, meaning worth quite a bit of money. five units at a $147.50 per day and have had them for 15 days so far and will have them for another two weeks more than likely until their job is finished. that's not including delivery and set up fees. this rental will provide over $23,000 in revenue to our store. so getting upset and mad are not always an option. i was very pissed, but kept my cool and remained professional.

i am in charge of maintenance and repair of our equipment. bing on location also means that i'm not in house to take care of problems, or able to deal with our customers, or order parts as i need to. i have many pieces of equipment that need repaired and maintained at all times plus customer equipment that's in the shop for repair. being out of the shop to do maintenance on location causes lots of headache and a huge burden for me.

That is a very sweet story, really.

I tend to worry about and over think every little thing on a regular basis.....I just act like nothing in the world bothers me.

Nope. Eventually, you'll learn to stop worrying about crap you have no control over, and only worry about the things that are most important to you that you actually have an impact on.

You'll learn to let go. I'll help teach you.
