I've come to the decision that unless the injury can cripple you, kill you, or seriously mess up your look, I won't be going to the ER.
I sat in the ER for 6-7 hours once so they could glue a small, but deep wound shut. It came open again in just a few hours, so we used a different kind of glue, steri stripped it, and went on with life.
We actually did a better job than the Doctor. Had it stayed the way he did it, it would have left a big scar. The way we did it only left a small, barely noticeable scar.

I've found, by personal experience, cover with bandages until the wound stops seeping. Hold it shut and apply skin glue. Keep a butterfly bandage over wound to keep the glue intact. Just as good as stitches.

Well I guess I have been eating horsemeat instead of beef. It is the big scandal over in Europe. Yet, I can now say with all honesty....hey this **** is pretty good! So what is the big deal? No, it does not taste like chicken!

There was a big deal about McDonalds using kangaroo when I was a kid. When someone asked me why the hell I wanted to go eat at a place that uses kangaroo, I said "well, apparently, kangaroo is pretty good"
McDonalds has gone downhill since then.

Lol, forgot to tell you, there was a fight in that McDonalds a couple weeks ago. The manager got mad about busting her ass and doin all the work while everyone else was talking to an employee's wife, and she went nuts and just threw down on everybody that was standing behind the counter! She was kicking ass and taking names!
They have almost an entire new crew.
