Punch a refrigerator hard enough to drive it into the wall, bust the sheetrock, and shatter your hand. That'll cure that punching thing real quick.
Insist your parents let you pay the medical bill yourself too.

i can relate to that! got mad at a girlfriend, and to relieve some anger went to punch a hole in the wall and caught the 2x4 wall stud. spent four hours in the ER and six weeks in a cast. yep, i sure showed her! NOT.
