Not my favorite movie, but it is a good one. My favorite movie is Blazing Saddles. Mel Brooks is a comic genius. I mean, who doesn't like some of this?

Oh' random thought. I didn't kill a deer until I was 26 years old. Father in law got me started. Great man, wish he was still here. My profile pic is with the blood on my face.

I will not comply. I will not lie down. I will not go quietly. I will not submit. I will not roll over. I will not shut up.

Just got done doing a little gunsmithing. Had to slightly file down the front sight on my Nagant revolver. It was shooting way too high (about 10" high at 10-15 yards), and that was the only fix unless I wanted to only shoot at targets 25-30 meters out. Turned out pretty good. I had some old perma blue laying around, and it matched the finish almost perfectly. I'll try to make it out to the range tomorrow to see how it shoots now.

Wouldn't filing the front site cause you to raise the muzzle to line up the sites? I think you may be unhappy with the results.

Aaron, he's right. i told you wrong as i thought it was shooting low. actually if possible, you need to deepen the rear notch, to lower the POI. sorry.

DAMN IT! Oh well, lesson learned. Luckily replacement sights are dirt cheap.
