Indeed sir , you are correct . However if you can barley lift a quart of milk I doubt your going to do much damage no matter how much you know

I started benching w 50 lb feed bags when I was 13. Then I started working w my step dad in his shop changing motors. By the time I was 16 I was stabbing 400 turbo trannys by myself w no jacks. So I have ALOT of practice. I cut wood for a living w a stihl 660 log boss w 36" bar. I also weld EVERYTHING I can get my hands on.

Random Fact. Sweet tea is the best thing in life to drink, then water, then beer.

Tied, duck taped, or super glued? Which hurts less? What size fridge? Was it stainless or that white vinyl? Answers man.

I started lifting again last month. I would like to be able to lift 180 but I don't think I'm going to be able to.... Clutch kits weigh around 180

I'm sure you can. Just take your time and don't try to get there too quick. 40lbs aint much of a jump.

So your goal is to change clutches by yourself with no assist? Pretty impressive. I love independant ladies that can handle their own .
