Serious if you got the room put a bench in your room. You really will lift more if they are right there .
I dont go crazy or nothing . Im only lifting 100lbs on the bar and 20/piece on the dumbs but if you do enough reps they work. Im probly going to buy 2 25lb plates and bump the bar upto 150 soon . maybe 40 a piece on the dumbs and then Ill probably stay there for a while on both .
