Nothing to it. I have quit smoking at least a dozen times. I don't know what all the fuss is over.

So me and my wife just went and bought Mister E cigarettes, they are electronic and they have like 100 flavors with different levels of nicotine. Were gonna try these and see if they will help us quit smoking. Im hoping this helps so I can stop smoking and be here for my kids. I smoke marlboro menthol and the liquid I got taste really close to a real cigarette. Wish us luck.

Ya, let me know man... I hope I had my last cig yesterday.. Haven't had one today. I usually smoke 1/2 to full pack a day. I smoke a pipe occasionally and thought I could just keep it to that, out by the bonfire and things like that. But maybe this electronic thing you talk of would be better

This is just my opinion but.......my brother in law quit smoking for quite some time and then thought he could just smoke cigars once in a while with the cousins. The cigars pushed him right back to cigarettes. I'd be careful. When I quite six years ago I tried to break old routines that would remind me of smoking.

Why replace one delivery method for a poison with a different delivery method? All your doing is odor control. Just stop. It's harder than it sounds, but if I can do it as weak as I am, then y'all can too.

You have to make a conscious decision when you have a craving to NOT CAVE IN.

I smoked 1-2 packs per day for somewhere around 12-14 years.

The length of time doesn't change your level of addiction.

Damn it..... Y'all are right.. 15 years of smoking and my young boy looked at me yesterday and mimicked me putting my fingers to my mouth and exhaling . He's 19 months old.. I can't see that again
