I think you just have to have a certain number of posts here on FTF. That is to prevent someone from signing up just to cause chaos in the political thread. I remember wanting to post in there and not being able to. Now I am able to and I don't want to.

Get you post count up. The reasoning (as I understand) is an attempt to keep trolls at bay.
