I have rock hard six pack abs (underneath a protective layer of fat.)

I had a dear friend say he traded in his six pack abs for a quarter keg. LOL

A friend told me something similar this week. He said he "used to have a six pack and now it's a keg".

I'm the slimmest I've ever been, but I'm also in the worst shape I've ever been in as far as strength and endurance. I'm slowly getting back in shape but this proves that skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy.

Is being over weight unhealthy? when they ask for money for the poor and helpless they only show skinny people. If being fat is a national emergency and the First Lady is fighting the ravages of cheese burgers where are they? The U.N. never shows pictures of little fat kids asking for donations to help them?
