Proud PAPA here
Well My son had a rough go of it for a while in third grade and the beginning of 4th. In Virginia 3rd grade has 4 tests called Standards Of Learning (SOL). Last year he failed both reading and Math. This year he passed both and got one of the highest grades in the class on the Reading test.... On top of all that he got 4 awards as well...
Most improved student.
The I'm a geek award.
The I help the teacher with the computer all the time (I'm a really big Geek)award.
I love school so much I came every day (WOW I'm a SUPER Geek) award.

You should take him shooting as a reward, or maybe to ChuckECheese's.
Hmmmm, maybe the lil fellar could be your way around the arms blockade established by your HQ; he looks like he would really enjoy a nice AR in .308 with a good scope (rubber coated), maybe a fluted barrel & a bipod too. Think how jealous his lil classmates would be when he popped a rodent at 500 yards or so.

Well done Brendan!! Now make your dad take you out for Guy's Day with a giant greasy burger, some shooting and maybe a new movie that just hit theaters.
