Yes that snake is venomous. I'm not sure of the species but looks like a type of cotton mouth. And the gators are illegal alien catchers

I killed a 4 foot cotton mouth in my front garden this summer and this baby they said is a baby water mocasin or however you spell that lol. My yard has many snakes down by the water. And gators galore but you can't hunt the gators, and well not about to snake hunt lol

That x of mine in that other photo I posted she made a rattle snake look like a fake snake she was as venomous as you can get lol

That damn sure isn't a moccasin. This is a moccasin.
First picture is an adult while dry. Second one is a youth while wet. While same color as yours, yours is too short/chunky to be one and its head is the wrong shape to be one. Also moccasins ARE NOT VENOMOUS!!!!
