My vote is for a 120/208 volt 3 phase! Also if you enlarge the photo you can see the breaker has three terminals which would indicate 3 phase. Its very common to feed single phase circuits off of a 3 phase panel. It helps to better balance the load of the entire building across all 3 phases which allows your neutral to carry much less current.
Feeding it with three phase does not make it a three phase panel. It's output is all single phase and appears to be completely 120v because I don't see one single two pole breaker nor are there any three pole breakers there either. My guess its sole purpose is probably lighting or outlets in a commercial building. You are correct that if three phase is available it will be used to distribute a single phase load more evenly across the phases but again input doesn't determain what the panel is.

I have to disagree. If you have a panel being fed 3 phase then you have a 3 phase panel. Just because all the branch circuits are single phase doesnt mean its classified as a single phase panel. A panel is classified by its feeders not its branch circuits.

Heres a 3 phase 120/208 panel in an office building i did. When i order the panel i ask for a 208 volt 3 phase four wire 42 circuit panel.

More of a boob man myself (that's how the boys were fed), but he looks happy and well fed!

How old is he?

Yes ordering would be a three phase panel. But when you labeled the panel how did you label it?

the boob is definitely the way to go. more there than in any formula. however, as my wife needed to work for us to make it, she pumped and it was given in a bottle while she wasn't around.

Well, second-hand boob is better than synthetic formula from the store! Plus it gives Dad a chance to feed the baby. My boys really didn't take to the bottle, but that's OK with me. They are healthy and happy kids which is more important (teenagers now).

Random thread, I like it!

This was taken last year experimenting with my new camera, standing on my front porch:

On old abandoned warehouse/factory sitting next to the train tracks in my hometown, since converted into luxury lofts:

Random shot of our X-mas tree last year, and some shiny balls

My guess is you won't be posting a pic of him feeding from the original container?
